THE PHRASE
"I will no longer abandon myself in service of others."
When I turned 40, a singular phrase came to me and refused to leave until I paid it the respect it was due. I decided enough was enough. And in a matter of months, I resigned from the company I had co-founded two-and-a-half years before. I created—and communicated—new, important boundaries with family and friends.

I continued to heal my own traumas and the generational trauma I carried with me daily on a cellular level as an oldest daughter and the daughter of an oldest daughter.

THE POST

On January 11th, I wrote a viral LinkedIn post calling on women to embrace a vibe for 2023: Unabashed Hype Wome. The message came clear to me after I saw an image of Jamie Lee Curtis hyping Michelle Yeoh after she won Best Actress for her lead role in Everything, Everywhere, All at Once at the Golden Globes.
I had never seen a woman celebrating another woman’s success, so publicly, as if it were her own.
When Jamie hyped my post, it was everything, everywhere, all at once.
